Wild Wonders Expeditions (WWE) is a specialized wildlife photography and expedition company founded and led by Debashis Banerjee, a professional wildlife photographer and expedition leader with nearly two decades of on-ground field experience across some of the world’s most remote and challenging wild landscapes.

We design and lead high-end, small-group wildlife photography expeditions with a strong focus on ethical field practices, deep habitat understanding, and meaningful wildlife encounters — not mass tourism. Our work is rooted in patience, preparation, and long-term field relationships that allow consistent access to rare species and critical habitats.

Over the years, we have hosted and led expeditions for a global clientele, welcoming photographers and wildlife enthusiasts from India as well as the US, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Russia, Dubai, Israel, and other regions — a testament to the trust, consistency, and field credibility we have built worldwide.

Our Core Specialization

WWE is particularly known for its Himalayan wildlife expeditions, including dedicated, long-duration field programs for:

• Snow Leopards in Spiti & the Trans-Himalayas
• Brown Bears in high-altitude Himalayan regions
• Pallas’s Cats and other rare cold-desert species

Beyond the Himalayas, we operate carefully curated international wildlife photography tours and expeditions, including:
